Digital Microscope 2D & 3D Imaging

A Digital Microscope (DM) is a microscope that has a camera (CMOS) attached instead of an eyepiece and displays the digitally acquired image on a large monitor. In addition to observation, it can also have various extended functions such as dimension measurement, recording of still images and moving images. It is utilized in a wide range of scenes such as research and development, production technology and quality assurance of various private enterprises and government agencies in applications such as checking the finished dimensions of molds, mass-produced products, and measure surface irregularities with stress-free observation environment and ease of handling. Hirox has made two finest 3D digital microscope in the world which is RH-2000 and RH-8800.

RH-2000

Digital Microscope
The Hirox Digital Microscope is systemized with a main unit, lens with a large depth of field, a camera that maximizes lens performance, optimal lighting for objects, precisely controllable stands, usability rich applications, and comfortable observation. Furthermore, ACS communications makes it possible to control speed based on lens information, instant measurement on the monitor, automatic judgement of shooting conditions according to the operation of an operator, and to observe, capture, and measure by intuitive operations of the user.
New CMOS Image Sensor
State-of-the-art CMOS sensor with improved light sensitivity and very low image noise. The resolution is higher than Full HD, up to 100FPS, in 1920x1200 pixel.
HIROX Designed Original "Rotary-Head" Adapter
It enables observation of an object in 360° of rotational inspection, with a 45° and various viewing angle.
High Intensity LED
The new high intensity LED light source provides 5700K temperature, similar to daylight color temperature (5500K) to reproduce true color images as well as full illumination immediately. The LED light source has an average lifetime of 30,000 hours of usage.
High Dynamic Range (HDR)
Save time by quickly transferring image With 1 click, the HDR function creates an image with the perfect exposition by combining many levels of light intensity in a single image: all information in the highlights and the dark areas are captured without any difficulty.
Live Full Focus
Ultra fast auto-focus and multi-focus! Get a fully focussed image with one click thanks to our high speed algorithm and very accurate motorized Z-axis movements (50 nanometer per step).
Real Time 2D & 3D Tiling
This new process does not require a specified position to match tile to tile. The image will automatically begin tiling seamlessly in real-time just by moving the XY stage to increase the field of view up to 110 times.
2D Measurement
Measurements including length, area, and surface area can be taken in various styles. The object displayed can be measured in real-time using only mouse operation.

3D Profile
Fast and accurate scanning with an integrated stepping motor creates 3D Modelling data. 3D model information can be displayed as Original Color, Pseudo Color or Wireframe, maximizing the amount of information that can be taken from a 3D model. Intuitively measure 3D height information as well as have the capability to extract angle and radius data.
ACS Communication
The Auto Calibration Select (ACS) sensor automatically applies the proper lens settings with each magnification or lens change. ACS feature also adjusts the Z-axis speed/steps coinciding with the preferred lens' camera setup for smooth operation.

High Precision Free Angle Stand:
Hirox has created both a Straight type stand and an Angle type stand (90°) for the digital microscope. The XY stage can rotate to have the height and angle changed. Unique ACS communication automatically applies the motorized Z-axis to move by the proper speed which corresponds to the lens magnification.

RH-8800

Digital Microscope
The RH-8800 is an All-In-One digital microscope, which allows you to “view, shoot, and measure” with a single unit, and intuitively use 2D measurement, 3D measurement, and image connection functions. The usability of a dedicated machine is realized, and observation can be started by simply pressing the power button on the front panel. It can be used easily even by people who are not good at device operation. Since the monitor and main unit are integrated, cable connection is minimal and easy to carry.

2D Measurement
Accurate and calibrated measurements in real-time, including length, area, angle, diameter, and automatic surface area. The combination of encoded optics and powerful software eliminates any human errors by automatically selecting and displaying the correct lens, adapter, and scale on the screen at any time.
3D Measurement / Profiling
Simply adjust the profile slicer to visualize and measure any details on the 3D object: the profile created is like a virtual cross section allowing precise measurements. Using the profile measurement function, it's very simple to measure height, volume, roughness, angle or radius for example by simply "drawing" a circle with 3 points.
2D & 3D Tiling
Just select the area of interest and the image will automatically begin stitching seamlessly in real-time with the motorized XYZ stage creating amazing high optical resolution images with a wide field of view simultaneously. And with the “map” function, the tiled image is displayed on the screen so you just need to click on the map to bring the stage to the clicked position.
Contamination Analyzer (ISO16232 Compliant)
Particles are automatically detected with pass/fail judgment by settable threshold. Advanced statistical data with histogram and frequency distribution are automatically calculated and displayed in Excel. It’s very easy to measure the shape of every particle or cells, from metal particles to animal cells.
